.NET Developer
We're looking for a web developer with a passion for excellence and a good sense of humor.
On-the-computer duties include development in ASP.NET with heavy use of C#, AJAX, XML and SQL Server 2005.
Off-the-computer contributions include creative thinking, idea contribution and a positive attitude.
Other responsibilities include the ability to work with clients and maintain a professional posture in both a one-on-one scenario and as part of a team presentation.
The ideal candidate:
- Solid knowledge of OOP and principles
- Experience in a tiered development environment
- Solid knowledge of web standards
- A working knowledge of CSS
- Effective communication skills
- Enjoys life outside the office
Knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services and a love of Thai food are a bonus, but not required.

Front-End Developer
We're looking for a meticulous front-end developer who can both dig deep into code and think big-picture about a process/project/client.
On-the-computer duties include expert-level proficiency in XHTML, CSS, and object-oriented Javascript, including one or more frameworks (jQuery, Prototype, etc).
Off-the-computer contributions include creative thinking, idea contribution and a positive attitude.
Other responsibilities include the ability to work with clients and maintain a professional posture in both a one-on-one scenario and as part of a team presentation.
Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate on design drafts and turn these into well-implemented, functional user interfaces
- Work with the back-end development team to implement interactive and AJAX-based functionality
- Diagnose client-side errors, performance bottlenecks and incompatibilities and implement fixes and optimizations
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about excellence
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Pays ridiculous attention to detail
- Cares about code quality and takes pride ensuring work is accessible, maintainable and cross-browser compliant
- Has big thoughts and the courage to voice them

Web Designer
We're looking for a web designer who has a keen eye for design elegance and an insatiable appetite for for learning.
On-the-computer duties include user interface design, creating HTML email campaigns and day-to-day design/content deployment for client sites.
Off-the-computer contributions include creative thinking, idea contribution and a positive attitude.
Other responsibilities include the ability to work with clients and maintain a professional posture in both a one-on-one scenario and as part of a team presentation.
Day-to-Day:
- Create engaging prototypes, static mockups, and graphical templates
- Work as part of a team to create and maintain interface and web standards requirements
- Maintaining client websites and deploying new content
- Designing and deploying HTML email campaigns from scratch
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about excellence
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, Fireworks and/or Photoshop
- Must be able to focus on design, functionality, usability, and aesthetics at the same time
- Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment as well as independently
- Enjoy life outside the office
